All or Nothing tells the PBS Scheduler that if you can’t have all of the days or dates off, you don’t want any of the days or dates off and the PBS Scheduler should continue processing your bid group without considering this preference.
Else Start Next tells the PBS Scheduler that if you can’t have all of the days or dates off, you want the Scheduler to move to the next bid group (either Pairings or Reserve, depending on your bid) and begin processing it.
Else Reserve can be added to the end of a Prefer Off bid, and tells the PBS Scheduler that if a legal block cannot be created using this Prefer Off bid, you would prefer to have a reserve block.

1 the PBS Scheduler tries to create a block that has no pairings on December 25, but if it can’t create a legal block, it tries to award you a reserve block instead, as long as no more than five reserve lines have already been awarded
