Before you can enter bid preferences you must add a bid group. Once a bid group, either Reserve or Pairings, have been added you can skip to step 7 to add a bid preference. |
To add a Bid Preference:
1 Switch to the Bids tab.
2 Select the bid period - use the Period drop down menu to select the bid period
3 Select your bid type, Current, Default or Training -use the Type drop down menu to select the bid type.
4 Click the Add button. The Add Bid Group screen opens.
5 Select Start Pairings to enter a Pairings bid group or Start Reserve to add a Reserve bid group.
6 Select the Add button to add the bid group. The bid group is added to your bid and you are taken back to the bid tab.

Start Reserve Bid Group is not available in Standard Reserve. The image below shows a bid with a Pairings and Reserve bid group added. |
7 Select the bid group that will contain the bid preference that is being added. Your selection is highlighted blue.
8 Select the bid preference and its options (if applicable) and select Add.

For subsequent bids - select where you want your bid preference to be in the bid group. Next, select the Add button and select your bid preference type from the Add Bid Preference screen. |
